We are seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our high-tech, fully automated distribution centre. Operating on a Panama shift pattern (days and nights), you ll play a key role in ensuring our cutting-edge systems run smoothly, efficiently, and without interruption.

The Role:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated machinery and systems
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical equipment
• Working closely with the operations team to minimise downtime and improve reliability
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, highly automated setting

About You:

• Must be qualified in multi-skilled engineering or electric
• Experience within an automated or fast-paced production/warehouse environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work Panama days & nights
