Temp HR Administrator


Artis Recruitment is supporting a fast-paced HR team based in Carmarthen with the appointment of a Temporary HR Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or broaden their HR admin experience within a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be working closely with the wider People & Culture team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the management of absence documentation - including filing return-to-work meeting forms and updating the absence spreadsheet

Managing helpdesk-style tickets related to HR queries

Handling general HR admin tasks as required

Details:

Full-time, office-based role in Carmarthen

24,000 per annum (pro rata)

Temporary position

You must be immediately available - unfortunately, we can't consider candidates with notice periods

What we're looking for:

Previous administration experience - ideally in HR but not essential

Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills

A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
