Site Manager

About the Role:

Approach Personnel are e working with our valued client on an exciting construction project in Basingstoke. We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage works on an industrial unit project. The manager has to have experience in overseeing works from start to finish and has great knowledge of building sheds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is progressing safely and according to plan
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Coordinate logistics and site resources
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of scheduled works
• Report progress to the project team and address any on-site issues promptly

Requirements:

• CSCS card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Experience working on similar projects (sheds / warehouse / factory)
