Surveyor

As a Heating Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in assessing heating systems, conducting surveys, and providing comprehensive recommendations to our valued clients.

This role will primarily see you cover the South East over multiple contracts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough surveys of heating systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Assessing the efficiency and condition of existing heating systems.
• Providing expert advice and recommendations on heating upgrades and replacements.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their heating needs and preferences.
• Ensuring accurate documentation of survey findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Valid EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) certificate.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of heating systems and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license.
