Purchase Ledger Clerk


I am pleased to be working with our longstanding manufacturing client in Warwick to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temp to perm basis.

The duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk include:

  • Processing invoices
  • Matching payments and supplier invoices
  • Nominal coding
  • Posting on Sage Line 50
  • Reconciling statements
  • Resolving any payment queries with suppliers
  • Managing the accounts email inbox

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Have experience in a similar accounts role
  • Fully conversant with Sage, Xero knowledge is desirable

The hours of work are 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and it is a fully office based position.
