Civil/Infrastructure Engineering team
in Solent.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Civil Engineering Technician, you will:

Assist in the
preparation of civil engineering drawings and designs
.
-
Support project teams on
development infrastructure
-
Produce detailed
2D CAD drawings
for highways, drainage, and public realm works.
-
Work from
sketches, mark-ups, and technical specifications
to deliver high-quality outputs.

Assist with
Section 38 and 278 drawings
for planning, tender, and construction.

Collaborate with engineers to deliver innovative and practical design solutions.
What We're Looking For:
-
BTEC/HNC
(or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related subject.

Relevant work experience in a consultancy or private sector environment.
-
Good working knowledge of
AutoCAD
or similar CAD software.
-
Familiarity with
UK design guidance
(e.g. Manual for Streets, DMRB, Local Authority Standards).
-
Experience or interest in
highway design
(training provided where necessary).

Knowledge of
3D design tools
such as Site 3D or Civil 3D is a plus (training available).

Strong
attention to detail
and ability to manage your own workload.
