• Conducting market research to identify potential vendors and evaluating their offers.
• Negotiating contracts to secure the best terms and conditions for our projects.
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Monitoring and analysing supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.

• Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experienced in the housing or construction industry (preferred but not essential).
