Trainee Maintenance Operative

Activus Recruitment are seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our client's property maintenance team in Oldmeldrum. You will work closely with the current team who will provide training across a variety of maintenance tasks.

Roles/Tasks may include:

Carrying our minor repairs/maintenance on properties
Painting/Decorating office areas
Keep outside/carpark areas clean and tidy
Grass cutting
Window washing
Guttering
Power Washing
Any other property maintenance as required
Must be able to work on own intiative
Drivers licence advantageous
Some joinery experience is beneficial

Please note this is a physical role and much of the work will be carried out outdoors so you must be physically fit and willing to work in all weathers.
