Cover Supervisor

Location: Worcester and surrounding areas
Pay: 110 - 125 per day (depending on school and experience)

Academics, Worcestershire's leading education recruitment specialist are working exclusively with secondary schools across Worcester to recruit Cover Supervisors and Instructors for the autumn term. These roles are ideal if you are considering a career in teaching, as well as experienced educators looking for flexible, rewarding work.

You will be delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students are engaged in their learning in the absence of the usual subject teacher. While work is often general cover, we can also place you in subject-specific roles that suit your background or interests.

• A UK-recognised degree
• Some experience teaching, tutoring, or working with young people in an educational setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff
• A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for a new certificate, we can help with this process)
