You will love creating these pastry dishes. Due to poor transport in the area, own transport is helpful. NO LATE NIGHTS

The role
we are looking for a daytime pastry chef de partie who can run the pastry section during your shift. You will create some amazing pastry items, ensure the afternoon tea items are ready on time and the pastry items for the restaurant service is ready for service. you will present your pastry items to order in service. The pastry is all high end fantastic pastry items. this role will include all the normal pastry chef de partie duties

experience
