Site Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager to start work in May, for a project in Whitehaven.

The project is 2x health centre refurbishments.

One is to start in May and is a 10 week programme which includes:

• Internal refurb
• Light strip and small demolition works
• Reconfiguration of consultant rooms and waiting areas
• Single floor
• Ceilings and partitions

The other project will commence mid-way through the first one and is a 4 week programme, which includes:

• Window replacement scheme
• Minor flooring replacements
• Drainage

They are looking for a Site Manager with the following experience:

• Live environment experience
• Experience working on commercial refurbishment schemes
• Trade background (desired but not essential)

The right candidate will also hold their SMSTS / SSSTS, First Aid, Health and Safety and CSCS card.
