Job Overview:
As a Care Home Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and relevant regulations. Your focus will be on delivering top-tier care to residents while achieving financial goals and maintaining optimal occupancy levels.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Operations Manager.
This role could be a fit for you if you have:

  • Prior experience managing a nursing home
  • Solid understanding of CQC standards, with a proven track record of working towards an Outstanding rating
  • Strong communication skills to nurture positive relationships with professionals, families, and visitors
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing and business management within the private care sector, achieving commercial success and high ratings
  • Commitment to person-centred care and enhancing the care service's growth

Required Qualifications:
NMC registration as a nurse with relevant post-registration experience (desirable but not essential).
