Senior Support Worker £14.20/hr Whiteley Village, Hersham, Walton-on-Thames KT12 4ES Permanent Days - 36 hours WE ARE SORRY, BUT SPONSORSHIP OR CHANGE OF SPONSOR IS NOT AVAILABLE. AND THIS ROLE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CANDIDATES LOOKING FOR 20HRS A WEEK. We are looking for staff on days at present, you will be joining a fantastic group of homes. This is a brilliant role for a fantastic company. You would ideally be a driver or have transport as there is no public transport for the start of the shifts in the area. Roles available – * The roles we have available are – Days 3 x 8am-8pm * 36 Hours - £14.20/hr – Including alternative weekends * ALL BREAKS PAID! Key Responsibilities · To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive. · To participate in the formulation and maintenance of individual care plans for each resident and administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both. · To supervise and support the care team. Person specification (Senior Care Assistant) · Two years minimum experience of working in a UK social care environment · Have a NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, QCF or equivalent. (min NVQ 2) · Supervisory/leadership skills, and a willingness to develop new skills
