Facade Manager (Brickwork Bias) – Main Contractor 📍 Birmingham 💰 Competitve package + benefits We are working with a well-established Midlands-based main contractor who are delivering a high-rise Build-to-Rent scheme in Birmingham and are looking to appoint an experienced Facade Manager with a strong brickwork background. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a brickwork or façade subcontracting background to step into (or continue within) a main contractor environment, taking ownership of a major external envelope package on a flagship scheme. The Role: * Managing the full brickwork and façade package on a high-rise BTR development * Overseeing subcontractors, ensuring quality, programme and safety standards are met * Coordinating with internal teams including site management, design and commercial * Managing sequencing, logistics and interface with other trades * Driving QA and ensuring high-quality façade delivery About You: * Extensive experience in brickwork / façade delivery on large commercial or residential schemes * Proven track record managing brickwork packages as a Manager or Senior Supervisor * Strong understanding of façade sequencing, detailing and quality standards * Experience working on multi-storey or high-rise projects * Looking to either move client-side/main contractor or already operating in that space What’s on Offer: * Salary up to £70,000 + attractive package * Opportunity to work for a strong, growing Midlands contractor * High-profile Birmingham-based scheme * Clear progression and long-term pipeline of regional work * Supportive team and stable business If you’re a brickwork specialist looking to take ownership of a major façade package and progress your career with a reputable contractor, this is an excellent opportunity to consider.
