Job Title: Site Manager – Office Fit-Out Location: City of London Duration: 8 Weeks (Potential for Further Work) Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an office fit-out project based in the City of London. This is an 8-week contract with the strong possibility of ongoing work for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel * Ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to on site * Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates * Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship * Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on office fit-out projects * Valid SMSTS certification * First Aid qualification * CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage fast-paced projects and meet deadlines If this role is of interest, please reach out directly to Charles Howe of Tradeline Recruitment
