This role is responsible for driving measurable lead generation and commercial pipeline through PPC, SEO, analytics, and martech. Key Responsibilities: - * Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max for multiple STA brands. * Manage PPC budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structure to maximise ROI and lead quality. * Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and create/test landing pages. * Develop and execute SEO strategies across all STA brand websites, including technical audits and competitor analysis. * Support the content team with SEO guidance for blog posts, landing pages, and site copy. * Track and report on MQLs, cost per lead, and conversion rates by channel and brand. * Cross-reference marketing data with HubSpot CRM to assess lead quality and pipeline contribution. * Support the management and optimisation of HubSpot for marketing workflows, lead scoring, and automation. * Maintain UTM tracking standards and ensure data hygiene across all marketing channels. * Assist with website updates and form integrations in Statamic CMS where required. * Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and internal tools. Candidate Profile – Core Competencies, Skills & Knowledge Requirements The ideal candidate will have: * Minimum 1 year hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns * Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (technical, on-page, and off-page). * Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. * Comfortable building reports and dashboards in Looker Studio or similar. * Be able to clearly demonstrate the presence of core competencies with regards to: * Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data * Attention to detail across multiple campaigns and brands * Self-starter mentality with ability to take ownership of channels * Effective written and verbal communication * Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
