Air Export Clerk – Freight Forwarding 📍 Feltham 💰 £25,000 – £30,000 🕘 Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 I’m working with a brilliant freight forwarder based in Feltham who are looking to bring in a start-to-finish Export Clerk. This is an ideal opportunity for a second jobber looking to step up, take ownership of shipments, and develop their career in a supportive, fast-paced environment. The Role You’ll be responsible for managing air export shipments from start to finish, gaining full exposure across operations, customer service, and documentation. Key Responsibilities * Handling export shipments from booking through to billing * Preparing and checking all export documentation (HAWBs, MAWBs, invoices, packing lists) * Booking shipments with airlines and carriers * Liaising with customers, hauliers, and overseas agents * Ensuring customs compliance and accurate data entry (CDS knowledge beneficial) * Tracking shipments and providing clear customer updates * Supporting smooth day-to-day operations and problem solving What They’re Looking For * 1–2 years’ experience in air exports or freight forwarding * A driven second jobber ready to step up * Strong communication and organisation skills * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn * Basic customs/export knowledge (training provided if needed) The Package * Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 * Monday–Friday working hours (no weekends) * Supportive team with excellent training and development * Genuine opportunity to progress and elevate your career If you’re looking for a role where you can take real ownership of shipments and grow quickly, this is a great move with a company that will invest in you
