Warehouse and Despatch Supervisor

Morva Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing business in Mid Cornwall who are looking for a Warehouse & Despatch Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands-on role overseeing daily warehouse and despatch operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently while supporting a small team and keeping everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities * Overseeing daily warehouse and despatch operations * Coordinating goods in, storage, picking and dispatch * Supervising and supporting warehouse staff * Ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed and ready for distribution * Maintaining stock accuracy and organisation * Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed * Regular use of a Forklift Truck to move and load goods * Supporting the wider team to keep workflow efficient What We’re Looking For * Previous warehouse or despatch supervisory experience * Hands-on forklift experience is essential (valid ticket advantageous) * Strong organisational and leadership skills * A proactive approach and willingness to get involved in day-to-day operations * Good communication and team coordination skills Bonus tip: If you enjoy a role where you can lead from the front and still get stuck in, this could be a great opportunity with a business that values reliability and teamwork
