M&E Supervisor– Fire & Security Contractor Location: Central London Contract Type: Temp to Perm Start Date: Immediate We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Supervisor to join a well-established Fire & Security contractor on an ongoing programme of works. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate. The Role As M&E Supervisor, you will take responsibility for overseeing mechanical and electrical aspects of fire and security projects, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include: * Managing M&E works across fire alarm, security, and life-safety projects * Overseeing subcontractors and engineers on site * Coordinating with project managers, clients, and site teams * Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and health & safety requirements * Monitoring progress, quality, and costs * Supporting commissioning and handover processes Requirements * Proven experience as an M&E Supervisor (or similar role) * Background within Fire & Security or life-safety systems * Strong understanding of M&E coordination and compliance * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * SMSTS / SSSTS and relevant technical qualifications preferred If you're interested in this role please apply via the link or reach out to Charles Howe of Tradeline Recruitment
