The Role Supporting children aged 0–5 within nursery and Early Years environments Delivering engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS framework Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment Supporting children’s social, emotional and physical development Working collaboratively with practitioners and following setting policies and procedures The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years Have experience working within Early Years or nursery settings Demonstrate a caring, patient and enthusiastic approach Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection Be reliable, adaptable and confident working in different settings Why Work with Smile Education?
