Project Controls Manager - Risk and Change

You must have the right to work in the country you are applying to work for Risk & Change Manager – Cost Consultancy- Hyperscale Datacentre My client is looking for a Risk & Change Manager to support a large, complex construction programme in Charleroi/Farciennes. You’ll lead risk and change processes, manage EWNs, and work closely with senior stakeholders on a high-profile capital project. Role Highlights Lead risk (30%) and change (70%) management activities Manage EWNs, risk registers, and change order logs Run review meetings, escalate key issues, and communicate impacts Develop risk assessments, mitigation plans, and stress-test scenarios Prepare monthly project updates and support contingency budget tracking What You’ll Bring Experience in risk & change management within Project Controls on major projects similar to Data Centres Knowledge of Safran Risk, Primavera RA, @Risk would be an advantage Understanding of ISO 31000 / COSO / AACE / PMI frameworks Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills Fluent English and legal right to work in Belgium
