An established and busy garage in Eastbourne is currently seeking a skilled Car Mechanic to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced mechanic looking for stable, long-term work in a friendly and professional environment. The Role You’ll be working on a variety of vehicles, carrying out: * Servicing and maintenance * Diagnostics and repairs * MOT-related work (if qualified) * General mechanical duties to a high standard Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm * Saturday: 8:30am – 4:00pm You’ll work 5 days out of 7, with: * Sunday always off, plus * One weekday off (occasionally this may fall on a Saturday, but Saturdays should generally be considered a working day) Pay & Benefits * Salary up to £36,000, depending on experience * Stable, long-term position * Friendly, close-knit team * Busy garage with steady work year-round What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a car mechanic * Strong diagnostic and repair skills * A positive attitude and good work ethic * Ability to work independently and as part of a team 📍 Location * Eastbourne If you’re looking for a solid role with good pay, fair hours, and a garage that values quality work, apply today — we’d be happy to have a chat
