You will be looking for opportunities to sell solutions around conservation and habitat spaces and consulting services. Their newly developed SaaS platform can help Developers, Planning Authorities and Land Owners ensure that their developments have a measurably positive impact on biodiversity. Working alongside an experienced Leadership team, you can expect significant career development opportunities, as the business continues to scale. How you’ll contribute * Engaging with UK Developers, Local Planning Authorities, Landowners and Agents to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, selling market-leading SaaS software technology and outsourcing services * Conducting the full sales cycle; including outbound prospecting via telephone, email and social mediums, value creation, deep discovery, delivering tailored pitches, and closing * Understanding the product-market fit and applying this towards problem-solving for your prospect’s needs * Keeping up to date with industry knowledge by identifying opportunities to learn; reading the latest industry blogs, building and maintaining your network and the opportunity to attend some industry events * Attending industry events and roadshows * Keeping up to date with latest competitor trends and product knowledge * Providing feedback to the Product team and escalating when needed * Develop strong relationships with the wider commercial teams including Sales and Marketing to ensure all opportunities identified are maximised * Diligently maintain internal platforms including Pipedrive, Mailchimp * Bringing enthusiasm, energy and motivation to an ambitious and collaborative team About you * 1+ years experience managing the full end-to-end sales process (preferably in B2B sales) with demonstrated success in the role of hitting targets * Technology sales, recruiter or estate agent profiles, with a willingness to learn, would be an especially good fit. * Any prior experience in the Land Planning, Development or Housing/Estate sector, is beneficial. * Experience in sales prospecting via telephone, email and social media is essential * A self-motivated, competitive individual that thrives in a target driven, fast-paced environment * Ability to demonstrate resilience and overcome challenges * Ability to think on your feet and overcome objections * A naturally curious person, the ability to ask productive questions * Ability to engage and initiate relationships and understands how to build great rapport * Ability to negotiate with key stakeholders * Can demonstrate adaptability and flexibility * An ‘always be learning’ mentality, coachable and driven by continuous learning and development * Genuine desire to work with the sustainability sector to help our clients achieve their missions * Excellent teamwork with peers, establishing an overall collaborative working relationship * Good time management and organisational skills * East Midlands based, able to drive with a full UK driving licence
