Description As a Transactions Analyst, you will support the execution of large-scale energy-related asset finance transactions, typically valued between £100m and £500m. Responsibilities include: Assisting with financial modelling, credit analysis, and due diligence Preparing term sheets, pitch decks, and transaction documentation Coordinating internal approvals and post-close monitoring Conducting market research and asset valuations Liaising with legal, risk, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate asset performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor market trends and developments within the energy sector. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
