Business Development Manager – Occupational Health Hybrid (London – Central | 2 Days Office / 3 Days Remote) Salary: Up to £45,000 + Commission (Realistic OTE £120k+) Permanent | Full-Time OH Talent Solutions are thrilled to be supporting a leading Occupational Health provider in their search for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join their expanding Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who wants to be part of a fast-growing, forward-thinking organisation making a genuine impact on workplace health and wellbeing. The Role You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities across a range of sectors, including construction, waste management, telecoms, aviation, logistics, manufacturing, and wider blue-collar industries.
