Brand Manager


Role: Brand Manager Type: Permanent Pay: Up to £60,000 per annum Location: Wolverhampton (Remote with occasional travel)   I’m supporting a growing Wolverhampton manufacturing business and due to continued expansion within their marketing team, they’re looking for a Brand Manager to develop their brand presence across UK and international markets.   As the Brand Manager, you’ll lead on brand strategy, campaign planning and creative delivery, ensuring consistent high-quality storytelling that reflects their heritage and purpose. You’ll work closely with sales, business development, technical and operational teams to build awareness, support product launches and ensure the brand is applied consistently across every touchpoint.   Brand Manager Job Description Develop, deliver and measure the tactical marketing plan in line with the company’s strategic vision and mission Lead the creation of campaign toolkits, messaging frameworks and collateral for product launches, events and sales activity Ensure brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards are applied consistently across all channels Manage the annual marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns, events, PR, digital content and Voice of Customer activity Gather and interpret customer, market and competitor insight to identify opportunities for market development and growth  Brand Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Degree or equivalent in Health, Life Sciences, Business or related subject 5+ years B2B or B2G marketing experience (healthcare or care sector preferred) Proven experience in product marketing and solution-based brand development Strong track record delivering value-proposition campaigns and product launches Strong commercial acumen with the ability to measure campaign ROI Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to ~30%)  Brand Manager Benefits: Car Allowance Bonus scheme Free on-site parking Pension scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 1 additional day is accrued from 5 years’ service onwards up to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays.
