About the Role Job Title: Kitchen Installation Manager Reports To: Operations Manager Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Installation Manager to oversee kitchen projects from start to finish. You will ensure installations are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of kitchen installations. Lead, supervise, and motivate installation teams and subcontractors. Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards. Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and potential new business. Troubleshoot on-site challenges and maintain strong customer satisfaction. Monitor project costs, timelines, and overall progress to ensure targets are met. Requirements: Proven experience managing kitchen or interior installations. Strong technical knowledge of kitchen fitting or joinery. Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills. Understanding of health & safety and building regulations. Full UK driving licence. Relevant trade or management qualification (desirable).
