Job Title: Sweeper Driver Location: Bristol Salary: £35,000 per year + performance bonus Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday About the Role We are looking for a reliable and experienced Sweeper Driver to join our team in Bristol. You will be responsible for operating road sweeping vehicles to ensure streets, car parks, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and values steady weekday hours. Key Responsibilities Operate road sweepers and other cleaning vehicles safely and efficiently. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues. Clean and maintain designated areas including roads, industrial sites, and construction zones. Dispose of collected waste responsibly in line with environmental regulations. Keep accurate records of work completed and report to the supervisor. Follow all site safety procedures and company policies.Requirements Full UK driving licence (HGV Class 2 preferred but not essential). Previous experience operating a road sweeper or similar vehicle (training can be provided). Good awareness of health and safety practices. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work occasional overtime if required.Benefits Competitive salary of £35,000 per year.
