As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and person-centered care while leading and developing a dedicated team. About the Role In this role as a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will oversee daily operations of our client’s home care services, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding policies. The role involves managing care delivery, developing and supporting staff, maintaining care plans, and building strong relationships with service users and their families. You will also collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to enhance service quality, drive growth, and implement best practices.
