Domiciliary Care Assistant – Bath (BA2) Location: Bath, BA2 and surrounding areas Salary: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) Hours: Full time (Minimum 32 hours per week) – 4 shifts per week Shifts: Daytime / Sleep-in / Wake-in shifts (including weekends) We are excited to be launching a new Domiciliary Care Service in Bath, and we’re looking for experienced and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our growing team. What you’ll do: * Provide high-quality person-centred care to people in their own homes * Support with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and daily living tasks * Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing * Work as part of a supportive and committed care team * Build meaningful relationships with service users What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in care and ideally NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care * A caring, reliable and flexible attitude * Willingness to work weekends as part of the shift pattern * Ability to travel around Bath — candidates must have access to reliable transport (car, bike or excellent public transport links) Requirements: * Must reside in or near the Bath (BA2) area * Must have the right to work in the UK (we are not offering sponsorship for this role) * Full UK driving licence preferred (or reliable transport) What we offer: * Competitive pay rates (£13.50 – £14.50 p/h) * Flexible shift patterns * Supportive team environment * Ongoing training and career development opportunities * Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to join a team that truly values its carers, we’d love to hear from you
