Path2 Solutions are working with a leading supermarket and insurance chain to hire customer service representatives for their state-of-the-art site based in Newcastle. As a customer service representative your daily responsibilities will include dealing with our customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting customers with taking a new policy or changing a current one, providing brilliant customer service, engaging with customers across diverse communication channels, predominantly you will be working inbound calls but may be required to conduct outbound calls occasionally.
