Senior Business Analyst 📍 London (Hybrid – 2 days office) | 💼 Permanent We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a fast-paced consultancy environment, leading business analysis activities on complex projects and delivering real value to clients. The role: * Gather, analyse and document business requirements * Map ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes, identifying improvements * Build business cases to support change initiatives * Work closely with stakeholders, influencing decisions at all levels * Lead BA activities across multiple projects, ensuring governance and quality * Support testing, training, and continuous improvement About you: * 5+ years’ BA experience, ideally within Energy, Telecoms, or Utilities * Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery methods * Skilled in business analysis techniques (BPM, MoSCoW, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Able to work independently and mentor junior team members This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior, client-facing BA role where you’ll shape solutions, lead change, and make a real impact. 👉 Apply today to take your career to the next level
