Programme Manager

Location: Hybrid (2 - 3days/week onsite in Central London) Day Rate: £600–£700/day Outside IR35 Duration: 12 months  We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead a critical upgrade programme from Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to Business Central. This role sits at the heart of a strategic transformation initiative within a Private Equity firm. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the upgrade programme, ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the NAV to Business Central upgrade programme. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless migration and integration. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple workstreams. Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Business Central implementation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Operations. Define and maintain project governance, including RAID logs, project plans, and reporting. Drive stakeholder alignment and change management across impacted teams. Ensure integration with related systems, including investment platforms and reporting tools. Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to different workstreams.Required Experience Proven track record delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 programmes, ideally Business Central. Strong understanding of finance processes and modules Experience managing third-party vendors and SI relationships. Hands-on project and programme management experience, including governance setup. Strong background in financial services, ideally within investment management or buy-side environments. Solid understanding of fund accounting, fund operations, and portfolio management systems.
