Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools Location: Liverpool, Merseyside Salary: GBP105 - GBP115 per day Job type: Full-time / Temporary / Contract Job description We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join primary schools across the Liverpool area. The role involves supporting children with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties), both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Responsibilities · Support pupils with SEN in and out of the classroom · Assist the teacher with adapting lessons and managing behaviour · Encourage pupils confidence, independence, and engagement · Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to achieve the best outcomes Requirements · Previous UK experience in a school setting (essential) · Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) · 2 professional references covering the last 2 years · Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach Benefits · GBP105 - GBP115 per day (dependant on experience) · Ongoing support from experienced education consultants · Opportunities for long-term and permanent positions Apply today to make a real difference supporting children with SEN in Liverpool primary schools
