About the Role As a Business Development Manager, you will cover London and surrounding areas territory, the most active market in the UK for bridging finance. Your mission: to drive new business, grow existing broker relationships, and position this lender as the go-to partner for bridging solutions. You will spend the majority of your time out in the field (around three days per week) engaging with brokers and intermediaries, with the remaining time dedicated to pipeline management and deal progression. Backed by a strong internal team and comprehensive onboarding, you will be empowered to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
