What is a Cover Supervisor?

As a Cover Supervisor, you ll be delivering pre-set lessons in secondary schools when teachers are absent. You re not expected to be a subject expert just someone who can lead a classroom, keep students engaged, and ensure learning continues.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Leading and supervising classes across a range of subjects
• Following planned lessons and keeping students on task
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies
• Building confidence and experience for a future career in education

No Experience? No Problem.

We offer full training through our Cover Supervisor Training Programme. If you re motivated and ready to learn, we ll give you everything you need to succeed.

• A degree or equivalent is ideal, but not essential
• Confident, adaptable, and reliable individuals
