Head of Southern Operations South of England, UK Permanent | £50,000-£60,000 + Car Allowance or Company Vehicle + Bonus Scheme Ready to lead with purpose and drive real impact? We're looking for an experienced, people-first leader to oversee a high-value, multi-site operation across the South of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established portfolio (worth approx. £5M annually) and lead teams delivering services in retail, care, and public sector spaces. As Head of Southern Operations, you'll report directly to the National Operations Director and play a key role in delivering service excellence, building strong client partnerships, and driving commercial success. What You'll Be Doing Lead the delivery of multi-site contracts with a clear strategic and operational focus Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner Inspire and support a high-performing team - encouraging collaboration, innovation, and development Own financial performance - from budgeting and forecasting to reporting Champion health & safety and ensure compliance with all industry regulations Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery ✅ What We're Looking For Proven senior leadership experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, facilities, or similar sectors A track record of managing complex, multi-site operations and achieving strong commercial results Confident with financials - budgeting, forecasting, reporting Commercially minded with a focus on client satisfaction and service excellence A valid DBS (or willingness to undergo one) Full, clean UK driving licence What You'll Get Electric company vehicle or car allowance Performance-related bonus scheme Up to 25 days holiday + bank holidays ‍‍‍ Family-friendly policies Mental health and wellbeing support Recognition and reward schemes Career development opportunities, mentorship, and leadership coaching A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment
