Site Manager Large Scale Industrial Projects Location: North West of Ireland Start Date: Sept 2025 Employment Type: Permanent or Fixed Contract Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a high calibre Site Manager to oversee the execution of a critical infrastructure project in Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the on-site management of all construction activities across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. Lead project teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Develop and maintain construction programmes, manage resources, and monitor project performance. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for client representatives and stakeholders. Contribute to project planning, risk management, and reporting to senior leadership. Requirements: Extensive experience (10+ years) managing the delivery of complex, Data Centre ,Power Generation, Renewables or large scale industrial projects. Proven track record overseeing multi-disciplinary teams on high-value sites. Strong knowledge of project lifecycle requirements from early works through to commissioning. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: Permanent opportunity.
