Management Accountant - Hybrid

Management Accountant | Salisbury, Wiltshire | Hybrid Flexibility We’re working with a dynamic and rapidly scaling organisation operating at the forefront of innovation. With fresh investment fuelling their growth, they’re now looking for a Management Accountant to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys variety, values being close to operational decision-making, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where your insight makes a genuine difference. The Role: * Act as a business partner to department heads, guiding financial performance. * Lead monthly cost base reviews, forecasts, and budget alignment. * Prepare and analyse management reporting, utilisation, and stock data. * Own the month-end close for the cost base – accruals, prepayments, journals. * Support costing, pricing, and resource modelling to aid strategic decisions. * Contribute to continuous improvement projects, including ERP rollout. You’ll Need: * Part- or fully-qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA). * Solid month-end experience and confidence in cost/overhead accounting. * Strong Excel and stock reporting skills. * Comfortable communicating financial insight across all business levels. * ERP experience and costing/pricing model knowledge are a plus.
