A renowned coastal dining pub in beautiful North Norfolk is looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join its skilled kitchen team. This much-loved venue, celebrated for its warm hospitality and seasonal British menus, prides itself on using fresh, local ingredients to create high-quality dishes in a relaxed yet professional setting. It’s an excellent opportunity for a committed chef to refine their skills in a supportive and inspiring environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations Ensure your section is well-stocked, clean, and efficiently run Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety Contribute to new dish ideas and daily specials About You: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen A strong interest in seasonal British cuisine A proactive, team-focused mindset Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is desirable Benefits: £30,000 to £31,500 per annum plus generous tips 45-hour contract with fair shift patterns Live-in accommodation available Supportive and friendly working environment Opportunities to learn and progress within the team Beautiful coastal location with a strong and growing reputation If you're a dedicated Chef de Partie looking to work with top-quality produce in a kitchen that values creativity and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.
