Location: North West Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm Rate: £18 p/h CIS Hours: 40 hrs a week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm About the Role: We're working with a client who is based in Chester who has an exciting opportunity for Skilled Joiner to join their team with work across the North West areas. You may occasionally be required to travel further afield depending on contract demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for joinery maintenance, repairs, and installations in a variety of tenanted properties. Key Responsibilities: Carry out joinery repairs and maintenance on social housing properties Install, repair, and maintain doors, kitchens, flooring, skirting, and other woodwork Undertake minor works in other trades such as tiling, plastering, and basic plumbing when required. Work independently to diagnose and resolve joinery-related issues Ensure work is carried out safely and in compliance with health & safety regulations Provide excellent customer service and liaise effectively with tenants and stakeholdersRequirements: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent) Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential) Previous experience working in social housing Full UK driving licence (company vehicle may be provided) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication & customer service skills What to Do Next: If you're interested in this opportunity, click 'apply now' to send your CV, or get in touch with us for more details.
