Job Title: Through Hole Solderer Salary: £ DOE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Actio Recruitment is seeking a PCB Assembler with Through Hole Soldering experience to join our client's electronics manufacturing team based in Newbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established company, assembling high-quality electronic products for a range of industries. Key Responsibilities: * Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) to company and industry standards. * Solder components (through-hole) using both manual and automated processes. * Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. * Work with a variety of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, ICs, and connectors. * Follow health and safety regulations in the workplace. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Key Requirements: * Previous experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing. * Proficiency in soldering techniques * Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards (desirable but not essential). * Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
