Framework Manager

We are working on behalf of a main contractor to recruit an experienced Framework Manager to oversee and drive the success of a key framework in the water sector. Your Role: As Framework Manager, you’ll oversee multiple project teams, ensuring successful delivery while fostering a positive, collaborative relationship with the client. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for: * Leading framework operations to exceed performance targets. * Ensuring health & safety remains a top priority. * Driving innovation and efficiency in project delivery. * Managing client relationships, attending key meetings, and representing the business. * Overseeing commercial performance, budgets, and KPI compliance. * Supporting team development, leadership, and succession planning. What We’re Looking For: * Experience in a similar leadership role within the water sector. * Strong understanding of water infrastructure, treatment processes, and regulations. * Degree-qualified with an APM or similar qualification. * NEC contract experience and strong commercial awareness. * Ability to foster collaboration, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement. * IT literate with excellent communication and time management skills.
