Junior Mechanical Design Engineer £28,000 - £34,000 + Pension + Healthcare West Yorkshire Ref: 24504 A fantastic opportunity to develop in an established team of Mechanical Design Engineers who have a huge amount of experience to share and support in the development of a Junior Designer. Junior Mechanical Design Engineer - The Role: * Work within a supportive design team to develop mechanical design specifications for rotating equipment * Complete all relevant documentation * Work with internal teams to support machine build Mechanical Design Engineer - The Person: * Ideally Apprentice trained with hands-on experience of machine build * Some mechanical design experience would be great * Self-motivated and flexible * Beneficial to have some electrical engineering knowledge * Ideal for Engineers comfortable working within highly regulated environments An excellent opportunity to join a busy and friendly team as they continue to expand. You will be someone who is keen to develop their skills into a full Design role. Ideally, your background will be from an Apprenticeship / machine building so you have a good understanding of how to turn a design into reality.
