• Provide tailored academic and pastoral support to students with a range of learning needs

• Assist teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons across the curriculum

• Work one-to-one and in small groups to boost student confidence and progress

• Support behaviour management and contribute to a positive learning environment

• A recent graduate in any subject

• A genuine interest in education and a commitment to supporting young people

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

• Full-time, term-time position with immediate or September start
