Job Title: MRICS Senior/ Associate Quantity Surveyor (PQS) Location: Warrington (Hybrid, 2 -3 days a week in the office) Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (inclusive of car allowance) Exceptional bonus schemes £££ (Christmas, performance-based, profit-sharing). The successful Senior/ Associate Quantity Surveyor will be a part of a high-performing multi-disciplined team offering an exciting workload including pre- and post-contract work. Main duties of the role include: • Preparation of bills of quantities using NRM2. • Lead feasibility studies including cost planning at various design stages. • Advise on contract selection (JCT and NEC) and relevant procurement strategies. • Oversee contract administration, ensuring contract compliance. • Carrying out site inspections and compiling cost reports. • Managing final accounts with contractors. • Dispute resolution and support on claims advice. Essential Role Requirements: • MRICS Qualification • Proven experience in a consultancy environment. • Strong knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts.
