Procurement Manager Circa £70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus Aberdeenshire Hybrid - Must live commutable to the site *Please note sponsorship or PSW Visa candidates cannot be accepted* Responsibilities: * Management of stock purchased. * Direct liaising with suppliers * Travel to suppliers * Ensure quality & service are upheld * End to End Sourcing of livestock * Closely working with wider supply chain function * Upkeep of OTIF * Supplier reviews * Involved in Welfare & Sustainability policies * Welfare & Sustainability policies * Work to regulatory, ethical & environmental standards and company and customer requirements. * Market trends and data analytics * Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure contracts are aligned with regulatory standards, company policies, and customer requirements. * Source, onboard and maintain suppliers that meet quality, sustainability, and compliance requirements. * Implement cost-saving initiatives when possible. * Identify and assess potential risks within supply chain. * Maintain a risk management structure to ensure continuous of supply. Requirements: * Livestock - Trading/Procurement/Buying/Purchasing/Commercial experience with the food industry
