Hours: Term time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Scale: Teaching Assistant (TA): £85-£100 per day About the Role: An exciting opportunity waits for an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant with personal care experience in the heart of Newham, London. As part of a dynamic educational team, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of young learners. Responsibilities include: Collaborating with the class teacher to deliver engaging and interactive activities. Providing tailored one-on-one support to pupils with additional needs. Fostering a secure and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. Qualifications: Proven track record of working with young children, preferably within an educational setting. Proficiency in delivering personal care and support to pupils with diverse needs. Relevant qualifications and certifications in childcare or education are highly encouraged. Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with young children, promoting their holistic development. Experience providing one-on-one support to pupils with additional needs, ensuring their inclusion and participation in classroom activities. Familiarity with Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
