Senior Test & Validation Engineer

Senior Test & Validation Engineer ARCA Resourcing is partnered with a global leader in mobility technology within the automotive industry who are looking to recruit a Senior Test & Validation Engineer to join their team. You will be expected to take ownership for planning and executing test work primarily on developmental rigs, providing clear and concise data analysis and reporting/recommendations to customer teams (focused but not limited to EDU, Electric Motor & Power Electronics) Responsibilities: • The testing campaign from requirements definition to data analysis and reporting for design validation of unit under test • Definition and planning of the testing requirements with the Subject Matter Expert • Supervision of the testing facility set up, to ensure Rig and Unit Under Test fulfil the requirements Experience: • Powertrain development, testing and design validation • Electric Drive Unit and battery experience/knowledge • Excellent analytical skills with ability to summarise and make clear technical recommendations This Senior Test & Validation Engineer role is based out of Coventry but hybrid / remote working is available.
