Lettings Manager

Lettings Manager - Whitstable - Kent
Salary: Basic GBP25,000 OTE GBP35-40,000) Plus GBP3,000 Car allowance

We are looking for a Lettings Sales Manager to join our clients busy office in Whitstable, Kent.

The role will ideally be suited to a Senior Lettings Negotiator who has a minimum 3 years experience who is looking to take the next steps in their career or a Lettings Manager who wishes to progress their career.

Basic Salary: GBP25,000(Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
On Target Earnings: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000+ GBP3,000 Car Allowance
Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The role responsibilities will typically include (but are not limited to)

Conducting viewings on properties
Marketings Properties for rental
Canvassing and speculating for new market listings
Valuation and advice on renting
Instruction taking and property marketing
Running a lettings branch
